Tai Van leads engineering, integration and testing within Vanguard’s scope. Site teams, OEMs and specialist partners are coordinated according to the mandate. The proposal specifies deliverables, the skills to mobilise, scheduling and responsibilities.
The proposal identifies work delivered by Vanguard, the skills to mobilise and partner work packages. Availability is checked during scoping.
Interfaces, scheduling, tests and document handover are tracked with site teams, OEMs and the relevant partners under agreed responsibilities.
Acceptance scope, open deviations, backups and documentation support operational handover and the agreed maintenance work.

Industrial partners and agreed scopes

SwissMecanyx provides the agreed parts and mechanical support. Vanguard remains the sole contractor, acts as integrator and carries the client warranty within that scope.
ICE Water Management delivers the agreed water scope, from audit and engineering through installation. Vanguard remains the sole contractor, acts as integrator and carries the client warranty within that scope.

An industrial project may also need an application, a data interface or cloud infrastructure. These additional work packages are scoped in the proposal, including deliverables, owners and required skills.

Required technologies and qualifications are checked for each assignment. Certification evidence is reviewed where it is part of your requirements.
