We start by measuring, not spending. And we do it all ourselves.
The steps
1. We measure first
Meters on your main loads, data from your controllers. Within 2 to 4 weeks, you see where every kWh goes. Especially at night and on weekends.
2. We fix what costs nothing
Scheduling, setpoints, compressed-air leaks, automatic regulation. Pays for itself in months.
3. We automate and monitor
Drives, regulation, continuous supervision. The savings last.
We measure without breaking anything
No civil works, no shutdown. And often, the data is already there.
- •We read your existing data first. Controllers, drives and compressors already measure a lot. We pull it over Modbus or OPC UA.
- •Electrical: split-core clamps that clip around the cables, without cutting power.
- •Liquid fluids: clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter, strapped on the pipe. Hot water, chilled water, condensate.
- •Compressed air: we measure the compressor electrically, not the pipework. Leaks show up when the plant is at rest.
- •Steam and high pressure: never improvised. We measure by proxy: fuel, condensate, temperatures. Any tapping happens only during a planned shutdown.

- •The measurement, the analysis and the implementation are ours. That's our automation trade.
- •We bring in a specialist only for the very specific, like a certified regulatory audit. You keep one point of contact.
The budget
- •We start with a clear fixed price: measurement and diagnosis. You leave with a costed, prioritised roadmap.
- •That fee pays for itself fast. Then you decide what to do, or nothing.
