Engagement modes
The engagement format depends on scope, expected deliverables and your team’s availability.
Senior engagement
One-to-six-month mission on pharma, microtechnology or OEM site in French-speaking Switzerland. Scope defined with your team.
Project mandate
HMI redesign, PCS 7 migration, IEC 62443 OT cybersecurity audit, CSV validation dossier. Scope and deliverables agreed before work starts.
Short mission or urgency
Two-day audit, replacement FAT, milestone unblock. 48-to-72-hour availability subject to agenda.
On-site team reinforcement
Embedded on site, regular presence two-to-four days per week, steering critical milestones.
